These 5 signs mean you are a healthy person

There are a number of tests and tests that can help you find out about some diseases, but these tests can not replace the doctor’s opinion, and if you have symptoms that are worrying, you should see a doctor immediately.

How is your heart?

Sit quietly first, then check the pulse of your neck for 60 seconds with your index finger and middle finger. Pulse rate or less per minute indicates that your heart is in top shape and function. A heart rate of 60 to 80 beats per minute indicates that your heart is functionally average. More than 80 beats per minute indicates that your heart is working hard and you may need to consult a specialist.

Make a rhombus shape with your index fingers and place your nails in front of each other. This means that your heart and arteries are perfectly healthy. If there is no space between your nails, it may be a sign of a blood clot. If the fingernails become thicker, it means that the blood does not have enough oxygen. Lack of oxygen is caused by a variety of reasons such as cardiovascular disease, lung and gastrointestinal problems.

Diabetes test

You need people’s help to get tested for diabetes. Ask a friend or family member to pick up a pencil with an eraser on the end. This eraser pencil should move in different parts of your foot without you noticing. If you do not feel which part of the pencil has hit your foot, it means that the nerve endings on the legs are not working properly. Loss of sensation in different parts of the body can be a hallmark of diabetes.

Anemia

When standing in front of a mirror, pull your eyelid down. If it is pink, it means that the situation is good, but the picture shows anemia. If you have anemia, it may be pale pink or even yellow. Anemia is caused by a lack of hemoglobin and indicates that the muscles and tissues of the body are not receiving enough oxygen and cannot function 100%. You should see a doctor if you notice that you are pale, tired quickly, or short of breath.

Dementia

You need a timer for this test. Raise your leg so that the hip joint is parallel to the floor and start the timer. If you can stand for 20 minutes or more, it means you are less likely to have a stroke or dementia. But if you have trouble maintaining balance in one leg, you may have cerebrovascular problems.

Hearing

To do this test, you must be in a quiet room. Place your hand near your ear and rub your fingers together. You hear a sound, then put your hand as far away from your ear as possible and rub your fingers together again. If you hear a sound again, it means that your hearing is excellent. Do not forget to do the same with the other ear.
