Pompeo’s new job in Washington

The former US Secretary of State announced in a statement that he will stay in Washington and work in political affairs.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has announced in a statement to the Axis news website that he intends to stay in Washington and work for a conservative think tank called the Hudson Institute.

Pompeo will stay close to issues that are important to the Republican Party by aligning himself with a conservative think tank, according to the Axis website, which published the news on Tuesday (local time).

“I am delighted to join the Hudson Institute and look forward to participating in its mission to promote American leadership and engage with the world,” Pompeo said in a statement.

The Hudson Institute is popular with American conservatives, who see it as an arena for political expression.

The think tank is based in Washington, D.C., and dates back to 1961, 59 years ago.

The Hudson Institute, which publishes analytical articles on its website, covers issues related to national security, human rights, foreign policy, economics, and US domestic policy.

The former managing director of the think tank is Kane Weinstein, who was nominated by former President Donald Trump as US ambassador to Japan but did not get a full vote in the Senate.

Hudson is now led by John Walters, and Whistin is a researcher at the think tank.

By joining the Hudson Institute, Pompeo’s Axius will give himself the opportunity to be active in political debates and possibly run for the 2024 presidential election.

Meanwhile, Pompeo wrote in a tweet that he published the day after the inauguration of US President Joe Biden: 2005 days.

“This figure is probably Pompeo’s diary for the 2024 US elections,” Axius wrote in a tweet.
