According to the account of the Russian embassy in Vienna, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced in an interview that his country was ready to export surplus enriched uranium to Iran.

“If the United States returns to the UN Security Council, Russia is ready to export Iran’s uranium surplus,” Ryabkov said. However, it is too early to talk about this now.

Russia’s Foreign Minister also met with our Foreign Minister in Moscow on Tuesday and demanded that the United States return to the nuclear deal.

After the official inauguration of the new US administration, speculations about the possibility of the country returning to the Comprehensive Joint Action Plan (CJAP), from which the former US President unilaterally left in 2018, have increased.

New US President Joe Biden has repeatedly spoken in his election promises that Washington will rejoin the nuclear deal.
