11 Mistakes That Damage Your Car

Taking some steps and quitting bad driving habits can significantly increase the effective life of the car.

Some actions are taken by drivers while driving, stopping and leaving them can help increase the quality of the car. Here are some of them.

1- Hold the brake pedal when passing the bumps

This puts a lot of pressure on the suspension, axle and brake system of the car and the correct way to pass the bump is that we have to plan so that we slow down before reaching the bump and when Passing the brake bump should not be involved in any way.

2 – Raise the parking brake without holding the key

Applying the parking brake without holding the key will damage the gears and put too much pressure on the parking brake wire.

3- Do not change the gearbox oil in time

Vascazin, like other oils, needs to be replaced, and timely replacement will make the gearbox run smoothly, the gearbox will be healthy, and the mileage will depend on the type of oil and gearbox of the car and its operating conditions.

4- Change once in the oil filter

It is sometimes seen that people change the oil filter once in a while and most of the same people use low quality filters. This causes the filter to fail to perform the imaging operation completely and leads to serious damage to the car engine, which we later find out how much the cost of repairing the engine and wasting time would be avoided if we changed the filter every time and replaced it with a suitable filter.

5 – Warm the car on the spot for a long time

Not only is this not helpful, but it also does a lot of damage to the engine. Excessive operation in place causes the exhaust source to overheat, and this heat is transferred to the engine, which in turn is detrimental to the engine. In winter, it is better to run the car in place for one minute, then travel the first few kilometers at low speed until the car warms up to the desired level.

6- Lowering the glass instead of using the air conditioner on the highway

A recent study in the British magazine Auto Crose showed that if a car was turned on on a first-class fan on its freeway, its fuel consumption was lower than that of a car with a driver’s window 40% open.

7- Do not get rid of the gear behind the red light and traffic

This causes double pressure on the clutch and gearbox plugs, etc.

8- Holding the brakes and clutch at the same time to hold the car

This in itself increases the braking area, because when the clutch is engaged, the engine braking force is also used, and when the clutch and brake are pressed together, it causes the car to stop later. It is best to apply the brake. Give the clutch before the car vibrates.

9- Moving at low speed in the speed line and vice versa

It has been observed that drivers drive at very low speeds in the speed lane and instead drivers drive at high speeds in the side lanes, both of which create irreparable risks.

10 – Pouring tap water into the radiator

This causes a lot of deposits in the radiator, water pump and engine, and it has been seen that it even burns the cylinder head gasket. It is best to boil the water and let it cool and boil it again. The more times it cools and boils, the healthier the water will be. Just make sure that after the sediments have cooled, it is at the bottom of the container after pouring the bottom of the water into your radiator. Of course, there are ready-made liquids on the market, but the first method is more reliable.

11- Pouring tap water into the salt glass source

This causes a lot of sediment in the source, hoses, nozzles and water pumps to supply this water, the above method can be used, but as mentioned, there are ready-made liquids on the market.
