Police in pursuit of armed robbers
On Wednesday, February 29, a middle-aged man called the police and reported the armed robbery of his house.

“I was out doing business with my family, and when I returned, I found the entrance was destroyed and my gold and dollars stolen,” he said in the investigation.
At the complaint of the middle-aged man, police detectives intervened and reviewed the CCTV cameras. The images showed five armed men in a car parked in front of the robbery house, and two of them entering the house with their faces covered. Minutes later, the gunmen left the house and left. While the investigation continued to identify the masked gunmen, another report was reported to the police on Thursday evening, about 24 hours after the armed robbery of a villa in western Tehran.
“My family went on a trip and I was not home,” the frightened middle-aged man told officers during the investigation. When I got home, I noticed that the entrance was open, which surprised me a lot. As soon as I entered the house and turned on the lights, I came across two young men with their faces covered with a mask and a brimmed hat. Seeing me, they pointed their weapons at me, threatened to steal my money, dollars, and coins, and hurriedly left the house. Following the announcement, the investigation team intervened and rushed to the scene.
In this robbery, like the robbery on Wednesday night, there were 5 men who were all armed, and two of them entered the plaintiff’s house and 3 armed men were waiting for their accomplices in the car.
But this was not the end of the armed robberies of masked men, because half an hour after the robbery, another middle-aged man called the police and said: “I am a bazaar and I was inside my house a moment ago when suddenly two masked men entered my house.” One of them put his gun on my head and asked me to give him my money and gold. I was scared and begged them not to have anything to do with me and I gave them the secret of the safe.
The young men also fired two shots before leaving the villa’s house in the west of Tehran. Investigations by the investigation team revealed that 5 men, each with a gun, were the masterminds of the robbery, and three of them were waiting on the street for their accomplices, and two gunmen entered the plaintiff’s house. The occurrence of armed serial robberies ordered by the investigator, the detectives of the First Intelligence Police Department of the capital put the issue on their agenda and the arrest of violent men.
